Develop future-proof quality control processes aligned with the evolving Quality Control Manager role in the agentic space. This includes establishing frameworks, measuring outcomes, and reporting results.
Identify and scale successes, while also analyzing root causes for problems in design or execution to ensure business impact. Think innovatively about automation and machine learning opportunities relevant to quality and overall Customer Experience (CX).
Drive effective stakeholder management within a matrixed, cross-functional, and globally diverse environment. Share quality assurance insights, highlighting systemic and outlier issues that affect CX.
Standardize processes and methods across different delivery regions to ensure consistent customer experiences and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) delivery, leveraging economies of scale.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in building relationships with stakeholders or clients, alongside 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting operations.
Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying process issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes is required. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree, relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, COPC, or Lean, and 5 years of experience analyzing data to generate actionable business insights.
Familiarity with data center logistics, exposure to AI/ML tools or agentic solutions, and proficiency in SQL with expertise in data and insights are also highly valued.
