As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for comprehensive supplier quality management. This includes planning and conducting supplier audits, managing supplier qualification and onboarding processes, and assessing Quality Management Systems against international standards.

You will also drive supplier quality investigations, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness reviews. Performing supplier risk assessments, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance are key aspects of this role. You will identify compliance risks and support regulatory inspections.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field, coupled with 10-12 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Assurance within the Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences sectors. Proven experience in supplier qualification, audits, CAPA management, and performance monitoring is essential.

Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, EU MDR, Supplier Controls, Risk Management, and QMS is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial. The role also requires a willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred qualifications include being a Certified Lead Auditor or holding ASQ CQA/CQE certifications.
