Seeking a Quality and Performance Analyst to ensure adherence to ISO standards and CMMI frameworks. This role involves implementing and auditing these standards across various projects.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 is essential. Experience with CMMI, ideally up to Level 5, is highly preferred. This position requires a solid understanding of implementing and auditing these quality management systems.

Responsibilities include facilitating project startup processes, such as kick-offs and planning, in alignment with ISO and CMMI standards. You will review project plans, ensure their approval, and bring projects under internal audit purview.

Regularly engage with project teams to monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues in appropriate forums. Collect and analyze ongoing metrics to highlight risks and plan corrective actions.

Perform regular compliance checks, including weekly and monthly assessments, and assist in resolving compliance issues. Support teams with external audits and coordinate internal audits of support functions as needed.

A strong understanding of ISO standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 is required. Experience with CMMI at least up to Level 3, with a preference for Levels 4 and 5, is essential.

Proven experience in implementing and auditing ISO and CMMI standards on projects is necessary. Familiarity with project startup processes, including kick-offs and planning, is expected. Strong analytical skills for metrics analysis and risk identification are key.
