We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Performance Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 20000) and CMMI models (up to Level 3, with a preference for Levels 4 and 5).

The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in implementing these standards on projects and conducting audits, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include facilitating NTT's project startup processes, such as kick-offs and planning, ensuring alignment with ISO and CMMI standards. You will review and approve project plans, integrate projects into internal audit schedules, and conduct regular internal audits.

This role involves continuous engagement with project teams to assess project health, identify risks, and escalate issues. You will also collect and analyze metrics, plan corrective actions, and perform regular compliance checks. Assisting with external audits and participating in internal audits of support functions are also integral parts of this position.

A foundational understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards is essential. Familiarity with CMMI, ideally up to Level 5, is required, along with hands-on experience in implementing these standards within project environments. Experience in conducting audits is also a prerequisite for this role. You should be comfortable working in a structured environment and possess strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage quality and performance initiatives.
