Join NTT DATA as a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Lead to drive transformative projects. This role involves end-to-end ownership of manufacturing and quality solutions, ensuring successful adoption of S/4HANA best practices.

Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation workstreams for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), managing Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition projects. Own the complete delivery lifecycle for Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes, acting as the key escalation point for all PP/QM related matters.

Drive solution design and configuration for SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA simplifications. Guide decisions on manufacturing scenarios and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops. Manage custom code impacts, master data conversion, and testing phases, including SIT and UAT. Oversee cutover planning and provide crucial go-live and hypercare support to ensure operational stability.

A minimum of 10-12 years of extensive SAP experience is required, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP PP and SAP QM, covering both Discrete and Process Manufacturing. Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is essential.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management business processes, alongside specific knowledge of S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications. Familiarity with batch management, serial numbers, and inspection lot processing is crucial. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
