Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions.

Define and drive comprehensive test strategies, focusing on automation, rigorous data validation, and effective stakeholder engagement throughout data transformation initiatives.

Oversee data migration and reconciliation testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

Requires 12+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on ETL processes and data platforms.

Mandatory proficiency in Python programming and advanced SQL for data validation.

Proven experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or SSIS.

Demonstrated ability in developing test automation frameworks and working within Agile environments using Jira.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience in test leadership and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
