NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled QA / SQA Lead to spearhead quality assurance and testing initiatives for a major SAP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the quality of large-scale enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive SAP functional knowledge and expertise in testing methodologies to ensure robust validation and seamless integration across complex business processes.

This position requires a proactive leader adept at navigating Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with diverse project teams. You will play a pivotal role in defining testing strategies, managing defect lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of critical business solutions.

Lead comprehensive QA and testing activities, including functional testing across SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO) and end-to-end business processes. Develop and execute robust test strategies, plans, and test cases, ensuring alignment with business and functional requirements. Manage the full defect lifecycle, from identification and documentation to resolution and retesting, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Establish and maintain requirements traceability through RTMs and utilize ALM tools for effective test management. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the sprint lifecycle.

A minimum of 7 years’ experience as an SAP QA Lead or similar role on large SAP implementations is essential, complemented by 5+ years of strong functional understanding of core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/Procurement, WM/Distribution, PP/Manufacturing, FICO/Finance). Proven expertise in developing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts is required. Candidates must demonstrate significant experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, alongside proficiency in RTM management and ALM tools like Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center. A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and practical experience with Scrum practices, including Jira, is also crucial. Experience with SQA, CSV/GxP processes, and an understanding of other ERP platforms like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) are highly valued. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
