Design and build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for diverse test types (UI, API, integration). Define automation strategies, identifying opportunities to boost test coverage and efficiency. Optimize automation scripts for peak performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Conduct thorough code reviews of automation scripts, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Mentor team members on automation tools, frameworks, and coding best practices. Create and manage robust test data setups/teardowns and reusable components. Take ownership of end-to-end automation solutions, from framework design to CI/CD integration and results analysis. Produce, review, and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides. Support defect triage and root cause analysis for automation failures, collaborating with client teams to reduce flaky tests. Align automation efforts with business needs and release timelines through effective stakeholder collaboration. Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes.

Demonstrate strong ownership in driving quality initiatives and achieving testing excellence. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Apply robust analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex testing challenges. Communicate proactively to ensure alignment and transparency with all stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing across testing practices. Ensure end-to-end quality delivery by taking ownership of the testing process. Drive innovation in testing strategies, processes, and the adoption of automation. Adapt effectively to evolving requirements and changing testing priorities. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in testing, validation, and defect management. Exhibit initiative in improving test coverage, processes, and overall quality practices. Proficiency in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit is mandatory.
