Design and develop robust, scalable automation frameworks for various test types including UI, API, and integration. Define automation strategies to enhance test coverage and efficiency, while optimizing scripts for performance and reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Mentor team members on automation tools, frameworks, and coding techniques.

Create and maintain test data management routines and reusable testing components. Own automation solutions from framework design through execution, CI/CD integration, and results analysis. Produce and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides. Support defect triage and root cause analysis for automation failures, collaborating with client teams to reduce flaky tests.

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit. A proven ability to design and implement scalable automation frameworks is essential. Experience in optimizing automation scripts for performance and maintainability is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for tackling complex testing challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for stakeholder alignment and effective team delivery.
