As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks that support diverse test types, including UI, API, and integration testing. You will define automation strategies and identify opportunities to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include optimizing automation scripts for peak performance, reliability, and maintainability, alongside conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. You will mentor team members on automation tools, frameworks, and coding standards, and create/maintain robust test data routines and reusable utilities.

Furthermore, you will own automation solutions end-to-end, from framework design and execution stability to CI/CD integration and results analysis. Producing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation and runbooks, supporting defect triage, and collaborating with client teams to address automation failures and reduce flaky tests are also crucial. You will also drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes.

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate strong ownership in quality initiatives and a commitment to testing excellence.
