As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. You will define automation strategies to enhance coverage and efficiency, optimizing scripts for performance and maintainability.

Key duties include conducting code reviews, mentoring team members on automation best practices, and establishing reliable test data management. You will own automation solutions end-to-end, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration and accurate results analysis. Additionally, you will produce and maintain comprehensive test documentation and collaborate on defect triage and Root Cause Analysis to minimize flaky tests.

This role demands a strong command of mandatory skills including Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Junit. Experience with designing scalable automation frameworks and defining automation strategies is essential.

We are looking for individuals who can optimize scripts for reliability and performance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior team members. Proficiency in creating test data routines and reusable utilities is required. A proactive approach to collaboration, problem-solving, and driving quality initiatives is highly valued.
