Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. You will define automation strategies to enhance test coverage and efficiency, optimizing scripts for performance and maintainability. Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members on automation best practices, and creating robust test data management routines are also crucial. You will own automation solutions end-to-end, from framework design to CI/CD integration and results analysis. Producing and maintaining test documentation, supporting defect triage and RCA, and collaborating with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business goals are expected. Driving improvements in CI/CD integration and test execution processes will be a key focus.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ownership of quality initiatives.
