Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing, defining automation strategies to enhance coverage and efficiency, and optimizing scripts for performance and maintainability. You will also conduct code reviews, mentor team members on automation best practices, and create robust test data management routines.

Own end-to-end automation solutions, from framework design to CI/CD integration and results analysis. Produce and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides. Support defect triage, conduct root cause analysis for automation failures, and collaborate with client teams to reduce flaky tests. Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes to ensure successful delivery aligned with business requirements.

This role requires expertise in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Junit. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong ownership in driving quality initiatives and a collaborative approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement. A keen analytical and problem-solving ability is essential for tackling complex testing challenges.

Proactive communication is key to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency. You will mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing across testing practices, and ensure end-to-end quality delivery through effective test ownership.
