As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing, and define automation strategies to boost coverage and efficiency. Responsibilities include optimizing automation scripts, conducting code reviews, and creating robust test data management routines. You will own automation solutions end-to-end, managing framework design, execution stability, CI/CD integration, and results analysis. Producing and maintaining test documentation, supporting defect triage, and collaborating with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business needs and timelines are also key.

Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution. You will mentor team members on automation tools and best practices, and own end-to-end quality delivery. Proactive communication, analytical problem-solving, and a drive for innovation in testing strategies are essential.

This role requires expertise in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit. You should demonstrate strong ownership in driving quality initiatives and testing excellence, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to communication ensures stakeholder alignment and transparency.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex testing challenges and be able to mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing. Ensuring end-to-end quality delivery through effective test ownership and driving innovation in testing strategies, processes, and automation adoption are crucial.
