Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) delivery for crucial application portfolios, ensuring exceptional quality, punctuality, and client satisfaction.

This role involves managing complex release cycles and test execution across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting key delivery metrics, including defect density, automation coverage, and SLA adherence, to senior leadership and clients.

Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, minimizing the need for escalations. Confidently participate in client calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and governance forums, demonstrating accountability.

Define and oversee the automation strategy, including framework selection and execution integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Drive the expansion of automation coverage, reduce reliance on manual regression testing, and manage script maintenance and execution optimization.

Evaluate and implement new testing tools and approaches, including AI-assisted testing capabilities, to align with program objectives.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Test Leads and Engineers across different locations.

Conduct performance reviews, facilitate career development, and foster a team culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with clients and technical stakeholders, translating expectations into clear delivery commitments and managing them proactively. Communicate program status, risks, and achievements with clarity and credibility.

Proven experience in owning and driving QA delivery for application portfolios, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Demonstrated ability to manage release cycles, test execution, and sign-off processes across multiple workstreams.

Expertise in tracking and reporting delivery metrics such as defect density, automation coverage, and SLA adherence.

Strong capability in identifying and mitigating delivery risks proactively.

Experience in defining and governing automation strategies, including framework selection and CI/CD integration.

Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
