We are seeking a seasoned leader to independently manage comprehensive quality assurance programs for complex IT projects. Independently steer end-to-end QA strategy and execution across multiple complex programs. Define and implement robust QA governance frameworks, comprehensive test strategies, and key quality metrics. Champion automation initiatives, enhancing test efficiency through modern frameworks and tools. Navigate and manage complex stakeholder environments, including business, technology, and leadership teams. Ensure the highest quality deliverables for AI/ML projects, encompassing model validation, data integrity, and bias detection. Foster collaboration across DevOps, engineering, product, and data science teams. Establish and uphold best practices in functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Provide clear and consistent status updates, risk assessments, and actionable mitigation plans. Mentor and lead QA teams, including both manual and automation testers, to foster their professional growth. Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation within QA practices.

A minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years specifically in QA leadership roles is essential. Demonstrated experience in managing QA for large-scale, complex enterprise programs is required. Proven success in delivering at least one AI/ML-based solution project is a must. A strong foundation in automation testing, including framework design and implementation, is crucial. Experience working within Agile and DevOps methodologies is a key requirement. Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is expected. Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured is necessary. Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is preferred. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab is important. A solid understanding of AI/ML testing concepts, including data validation, model accuracy, and bias detection, is vital. Good comprehension of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred. Basic knowledge of security and compliance testing is beneficial. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must. Strong stakeholder and executive management capabilities are required.
