Ensure delivered automation artifacts are production-ready, complete with documentation and handover readiness. Contribute to agile ceremonies and stakeholder demos to communicate progress and outcomes.

Identify opportunities for innovation, including AI-driven testing and continuous testing practices. Provide strategic direction and leadership to QA and automation teams.
