This Lead QA role is pivotal in defining and executing enterprise-level automation testing strategies and roadmaps. You will champion the adoption of advanced automation tools and best practices, establishing robust governance models, architecture standards, and reusable components.

Key duties involve leading multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical leadership for intricate automation scenarios, and designing CI/CD execution approaches within GitLab. You'll be accountable for automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and track key quality metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities also include establishing Jira/X-Ray integration for traceability, ensuring automation code quality through reviews and mentorship, and overseeing knowledge transfer and onboarding. You will also manage automation risks, support defect triage, and ensure automation artifacts are production-ready. Contribution to agile ceremonies, identifying innovation opportunities (AI-driven testing, performance optimization), and providing leadership and strategic direction to QA teams are integral to this role.

Essential technical skills for this position include Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit.
