As a QA Lead, you will define and champion the enterprise-level automation testing strategy and roadmap, aligning it with engagement objectives and quality engineering goals.

You will drive the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. Key responsibilities include establishing governance models, architecture standards, reusable components, and automation guidelines across teams. This involves leading multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios, and designing CI/CD execution approaches within GitLab.

Furthermore, you will be accountable for automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and overall test confidence. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics, and establish Jira/X-Ray integration patterns for traceability and reporting. Your role will involve reviewing automation code quality, overseeing knowledge transfer, managing automation risks, and supporting defect triage and root cause analysis.

We are looking for a leader who demonstrates accountability in driving quality outcomes and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. You should promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, applying strategic thinking to manage quality risks and testing challenges.
