As a QA Lead, you will define and champion the enterprise-level automation testing strategy, ensuring alignment with key objectives. You'll drive the adoption of advanced automation tools and frameworks, establishing robust governance models, architecture standards, and reusable components. Leading multiple QA teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions and provide technical leadership for complex scenarios, including API authentication and asynchronous flows.

You will design and guide the CI/CD execution approach for automated suites in GitLab, ensuring accountability for automation effectiveness and defect leakage reduction. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll define KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics. You will also establish Jira/X-Ray integration patterns for traceability and reporting, and ensure the quality of automation code through reviews and mentoring.

Furthermore, you will oversee knowledge transfer, manage automation risks and dependencies, and support defect triage with a focus on reducing flaky tests. You will ensure delivered automation artifacts are production-ready and contribute to agile ceremonies. Identifying opportunities for innovation, including AI-driven testing, and providing strategic direction to QA teams will also be key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a driven QA Lead with expertise in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit. You should possess strong leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. A culture of quality and continuous improvement is essential.
