You will establish governance models, coding standards, and reusable components. Leading multiple QA teams, you'll ensure high-quality automated solutions, provide technical leadership for complex scenarios, and design CI/CD execution within GitLab. Your role involves defining KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics, integrating Jira/X-Ray, and overseeing automation code quality through reviews and mentoring. You will also manage risks, support defect triage, and ensure automation artifacts are production-ready, while identifying opportunities for innovation like AI-driven testing.

This role requires strong leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes. Essential competencies include effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and applying strategic thinking to manage quality risks. You must be able to make informed decisions balancing quality, timelines, and business needs. Mandatory technical skills include Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit.
