As a QA Lead, you will define and champion the enterprise automation testing strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities include driving the adoption of advanced automation tools and best practices, establishing robust governance models, and leading multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated solutions. You will provide technical leadership for complex automation scenarios, design CI/CD execution approaches in GitLab, and oversee the effectiveness of automation, defect leakage reduction, and overall test confidence.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and quality metrics, establish Jira/X-Ray integration for traceability, and assure the quality of automation code through reviews and mentoring. The role involves defining knowledge transfer and onboarding processes, managing automation risks and dependencies, and supporting defect triage and RCA. You will also contribute to agile ceremonies, identify innovation opportunities, and provide strategic direction to the QA and automation teams.

Mandatory skills for this role include Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit.
