As a QA Lead, you will define and champion the enterprise-level automation testing strategy and roadmap. This includes driving the adoption of advanced automation tools and best practices across all projects.

You will establish robust governance models, architecture standards, and reusable components to enhance maintainability and ensure coding standards are met. Your role involves leading multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions and providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios.

Furthermore, you will design and guide the CI/CD execution approach in GitLab, ensuring accountability for automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and overall test confidence. Collaboration with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics is key, as is establishing Jira/X-Ray integration for enhanced traceability and reporting. You will also oversee knowledge transfer, mentor QA engineers, and identify opportunities for innovation, including AI-driven testing.

We are seeking a leader with a strong background in Quality Engineering and automation. Mandatory skills include proficiency in Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit.

Essential competencies involve demonstrating leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
