Spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise-level automation testing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality objectives.

Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices across all projects. Establish robust governance models, architectural standards, and maintainability improvements for automation solutions.

Lead multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical expertise for complex automation scenarios including API authentication and asynchronous flows. Design and guide the CI/CD execution approach within GitLab, ensuring seamless integration.

Oversee automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and overall test confidence across programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key automation KPIs and quality metrics, establishing comprehensive reporting mechanisms through Jira/X-Ray integration.

Ensure the quality of automation code through rigorous code reviews and by mentoring QA engineers. Define and manage knowledge transfer processes, identify automation risks, and support defect triage and root cause analysis for automation failures.

Possess a strong command of mandatory skills including Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit. Proven experience in defining and owning enterprise-level automation testing strategies and roadmaps.

Demonstrated ability to drive the adoption of advanced automation tools and frameworks, and establish governance models, architecture, and standards across teams. Experience in leading multiple QA teams and providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios is essential.

Proficiency in designing CI/CD execution approaches for automated suites in GitLab and guiding their implementation. Accountable for automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and fostering a culture of quality. Experience in defining automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics is crucial.

Skilled in establishing Jira/X-Ray integration patterns for traceability and reporting. Proven ability to review and assure the quality of automation code through standards enforcement and mentoring. Experience in overseeing knowledge transfer and identifying/managing automation risks is required.
