Lead the definition and execution of the enterprise-level automation testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality goals. Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices across projects. Establish governance models, architecture standards, and maintainability improvements for automation across teams.

Manage multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions. Provide technical leadership for complex automation scenarios, including API authentication, asynchronous flows, and cross-system validations. Design and guide the implementation of CI/CD execution approaches for automated suites within GitLab.

Take accountability for automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and overall test confidence. Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics. Establish Jira/X-Ray integration patterns for enhanced traceability and reporting. Review and assure the quality of automation code through standards enforcement and code reviews.

Proven experience in defining and owning enterprise-level automation testing strategies and roadmaps. Expertise in driving the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. Strong understanding of establishing governance models, architecture standards, and maintainability improvements for automation.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple QA teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions. Experience in providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios. Proficiency in designing CI/CD execution approaches for automated suites, preferably within GitLab.
