Lead the definition and execution of the enterprise-level automation testing strategy, aligning with business objectives and quality goals.

Drive the adoption of cutting-edge automation tools, frameworks, and best practices across projects. Establish robust governance, architecture, standards, and maintainability improvements for automation.

Manage multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical leadership for complex scenarios including API authentication and asynchronous flows.

Design and guide the implementation of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated suites. Ensure automation effectiveness, defect leakage reduction, and high test confidence across programs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using Jira/X-Ray for comprehensive reporting and traceability.

Oversee knowledge transfer and onboarding for automation framework usage. Identify and manage automation risks and dependencies, escalating blockers as needed.

Contribute to agile ceremonies, provide insights during stakeholder demos, and identify innovative opportunities in areas like AI-driven testing and performance optimization.

Proven experience in defining and owning enterprise-level automation testing strategies and roadmaps.

Expertise in driving the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. Strong understanding of governance models, architecture, standards, and maintainability improvements for automation.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple QA teams and deliver high-quality automated testing solutions. Experience providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios.

Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD execution approaches for automated suites, particularly within GitLab. Familiarity with defining automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics.

Experience with Jira/X-Ray integration for traceability and reporting. Ability to review and assure quality of automation code through standards enforcement and code reviews.

Skills required include Selenium, Java, API Automation, REST Assured, TDD, and Junit. Knowledge of CI/CD, GitLab, Jira, and X-Ray is essential.
