As a QA Lead, your primary responsibilities will involve developing comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans to guide our testing efforts. You will meticulously execute functional, regression, and integration tests to ensure all aspects of the data platform meet our high standards.

Your role will also include validating the integrity of ETL and ELT pipelines, performing critical data reconciliation testing, and proactively identifying opportunities to automate testing processes. Effectively tracking and managing defects throughout the lifecycle will be key to ensuring stable production releases and achieving high test coverage.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong end-to-end testing experience, coupled with proficiency in SQL validation and data testing. A solid understanding of test automation tools and defect management processes is essential for success.

While not mandatory, experience with Databricks testing, PySpark validation, and AWS testing environments would be highly beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are innovative, passionate, and ready to make a significant impact.
