Define and lead the enterprise-level automation testing strategy and roadmap, aligning with project objectives and quality engineering goals. Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

Establish robust governance models, architecture standards, and maintainability improvements for automation code. Lead multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions, providing technical leadership for complex scenarios including API authentication and asynchronous flows.

Design and oversee the CI/CD execution approach using GitLab, ensuring smooth integration and efficient pipeline management. Drive automation effectiveness, reduce defect leakage, and enhance test confidence across programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key automation KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics.

Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in achieving quality outcomes and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Apply strategic thinking to manage quality risks and testing challenges, making informed decisions that balance quality, timelines, and business needs.

Proven experience in defining and owning enterprise-level automation testing strategies. Expertise in driving adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. Experience in establishing governance models, architecture standards, and coding conventions.

Skilled in leading multiple QA teams and providing technical leadership for complex automation scenarios. Experience in designing CI/CD execution approaches for automated suites in GitLab. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define automation KPIs and quality metrics.
