As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design and implement hybrid testing strategies, combining manual and automation approaches for comprehensive test coverage and quality validation.

You will develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency. Responsibilities include defining database validation strategies for data integrity and driving GUI testing to ensure optimal user experience.

You will analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and lead test planning, execution, and reporting. This role involves mentoring team members, driving automation coverage improvements, and performing root cause analysis for quality issues.

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 5-7 years of experience. Proficiency in mandatory skills such as API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Financial Services domain knowledge, Selenium, Java, and MS SQL is essential.
