Design and implement comprehensive hybrid testing strategies, integrating manual and automation approaches for optimal test coverage and quality validation.

Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency and repeatability.

Execute GUI testing to ensure a high standard of usability, consistency, and user experience.

Define and execute database validation strategies to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.

Analyze complex requirements to identify risks, edge cases, and critical scenarios for thorough testing.

Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Review test cases and automation scripts, upholding standards and best practices.

Mentor team members in manual and automation testing techniques, contributing to overall team capability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality delivery.

A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, and Risk Management.

Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium and scripting languages like Java.

Experience with database validation, particularly MS SQL.

Familiarity with test planning approaches and quality validation frameworks.

Ability to design and implement scalable automation frameworks.

Experience in defining database validation strategies.

Skill in developing reusable automation libraries and test accelerators.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex testing challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members.

Demonstrated ownership in driving quality initiatives and attention to detail in defect management.

Experience with development tools like JIRA is advantageous.
