As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design and implement hybrid testing strategies, blending manual and automation approaches for comprehensive test coverage and quality validation. You will develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright, and drive GUI testing to ensure user experience quality. Key responsibilities include defining database validation strategies, developing reusable automation libraries, analyzing complex requirements to identify risks, and leading test planning and execution.

You will also be responsible for reviewing test cases and automation scripts, driving automation coverage improvements, and performing root cause analysis of quality issues. This role involves mentoring team members, collaborating with various teams for end-to-end quality delivery, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective test ownership.

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 5-7 years of experience, proficient in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management, and Xpath creation & debugging. Familiarity with JIRA, Financial Services domain, Selenium, Java, and MS SQL is mandatory.
