Design and implement hybrid testing strategies, blending manual and automation approaches for comprehensive test coverage and quality validation. Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency and repeatability. Drive GUI testing to ensure usability and user experience, and define database validation strategies to maintain data integrity.

Create reusable automation libraries and analyze complex requirements to identify risks and critical test scenarios. Lead test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables and mentoring team members in manual and automation testing techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end quality delivery and drive automation coverage improvements.

A seasoned QA professional with 5-7 years of experience is sought for this hybrid QA role in Noida. Proficiency in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management is essential.

Required technical skills include expertise in Selenium, Java, and MS SQL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership in quality initiatives, effective collaboration, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
