Design and implement hybrid testing strategies, blending manual and automation approaches for optimal test coverage and quality validation. Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency. Drive GUI testing to ensure user experience and consistency, while defining database validation strategies for data integrity.

Create reusable automation libraries and accelerators. Analyze complex requirements to identify risks and critical testing scenarios. Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules. Review test cases and automation scripts for adherence to best practices. Improve automation coverage and optimize regression testing.

Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend preventive measures. Mentor team members in manual and automation testing techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end quality delivery and drive innovation in testing processes.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required for this role. Essential skills include expertise in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, Risk Management, and a strong understanding of Financial Services. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and Playwright, along with programming skills in Java, and experience with MS SQL for database validation are mandatory.

Candidates should demonstrate ownership in quality initiatives, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and communicate proactively. The ability to mentor team members and drive innovation in testing strategies is crucial. Adaptability to changing requirements and attention to detail in defect management are also key attributes we are looking for.
