As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design and implement hybrid testing strategies that blend manual and automation approaches for comprehensive test coverage, test planning, and quality validation. You will develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright, along with designing scalable automation solutions.

Key duties include driving GUI testing to ensure exceptional user experience, defining database validation strategies for data integrity, and creating reusable automation libraries. You will analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and lead test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role involves reviewing test cases and automation scripts, optimizing regression testing, performing root cause analysis, and mentoring team members on testing techniques to enhance overall team capability. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential for end-to-end quality delivery.

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with mandatory proficiency in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, Risk Management, and Xpath creation & debugging. Expertise in JIRA, the Financial Services domain, Selenium, Java, and MS SQL is essential.
