Design and implement comprehensive hybrid testing strategies, integrating manual and automation approaches for optimal test coverage and quality validation. Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency. Drive GUI testing to ensure a superior user experience and define database validation strategies for data integrity. Analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and lead test planning, execution, and reporting. Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end quality delivery.

This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Essential skills include API Testing, GUI Testing, comprehensive Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, and Risk Management. Proficiency in Selenium and Java for automation, along with experience in MS SQL for database validation, is mandatory. Experience with Xpath and Core Java is also crucial. While not strictly required, familiarity with tools like Qtest, QC, JIRA, and Playwright is beneficial.
