Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive hybrid testing strategy, ensuring a strong balance between manual and automation efforts. Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to significantly enhance testing efficiency and coverage across projects. Establish robust automation governance, define framework standards, and champion quality engineering best practices throughout the organization.

Spearhead automation initiatives using industry-leading tools like Selenium or Playwright to elevate testing effectiveness and the quality of delivered products. Provide strong leadership to multiple QA teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products that align with key business objectives. Proactively identify quality risks, automation gaps, and opportunities for process enhancement, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Engineering is required. Proficiency in mandatory skills including API Testing, understanding of Financial Services domain, Java programming, JIRA for project management, GUI Testing, comprehensive Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Xpath creation & debugging, and expertise with Selenium is essential. Experience with MS SQL is also a mandatory requirement.
