As a QA Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile platforms. Your role involves establishing robust governance, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency. You'll lead multi-team automation initiatives, integrating them with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities include defining and tracking KPIs like automation coverage and defect leakage, managing automation ROI, and driving adoption of advanced testing techniques. You will collaborate with architects to ensure systems are designed for testability, oversee risk management, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and a quality-first mindset within your teams. Building and mentoring high-performing automation professionals is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking an experienced Lead with 8-10 years of proven expertise in Quality Assurance and automation. A strong command of mandatory skills is essential, including:

- Automation Framework Creation for Testing - CI/CD and DevOps practices - OOPS Concepts - Test Reporting & Risk Management - Experience with UI, API, and mobile automation tools such as Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Playwright, and Robot Framework - Proficiency in Python and REST Assured - Database knowledge with MS SQL - Understanding of Web Analytics Testing.
