Define and lead the enterprise-wide QA automation strategy, encompassing UI, API, and mobile testing, in alignment with product and engineering objectives. Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability across all teams.

Spearhead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, driving continuous improvement.

Be accountable for automation ROI, defect trends, and overall release confidence. Champion advanced practices like intelligent test selection and analytics-driven quality. Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to design systems for optimal testability and observability, while overseeing risk management and audit readiness.

We are looking for a QA Lead with 8-10 years of experience in automation testing, possessing strong expertise in Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Playwright, and Robot Framework. A deep understanding of Automation Framework Creation, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting & Risk Management, and API Automation using REST Assured is essential.

Proficiency in Python and MS SQL is required, along with experience in Web Analytics Testing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking in driving quality outcomes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are crucial for working effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
