Define and implement a comprehensive hybrid testing strategy, balancing manual and automation efforts to ensure optimal quality. Drive the adoption of automation tools and best practices, establishing governance and quality engineering standards across projects.

Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright, focusing on enhancing testing effectiveness and delivery quality. Manage multiple QA teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives. Proactively identify quality risks, automation gaps, and areas for process improvement, developing mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria. Champion improvements in key quality metrics such as defect leakage and cycle time. Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation expansion.

Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to QA teams, cultivating a culture of quality, continuous learning, and customer focus. Encourage innovation and guide high-performing teams through coaching, ensuring excellence in testing processes and solutions.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance is required for this role. Proficiency in API Testing, Financial Services domain knowledge, Java, JIRA, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, Risk Management, Xpath creation and debugging, Selenium, and MS SQL is mandatory.

Additional experience with Trading systems is beneficial. The role demands strong leadership qualities, accountability in driving quality outcomes, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Strategic thinking is essential for managing quality risks and testing challenges.
