As a QA Engineer, you will design and implement hybrid testing strategies, blending manual and automation approaches to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality validation. You will develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright, driving efficiency and repeatability.

Key responsibilities include designing scalable automation solutions, leading GUI testing for usability and consistency, and defining database validation strategies to ensure data integrity. You will develop reusable automation libraries, analyze complex requirements to identify risks, and lead test planning, execution, and reporting. Additionally, you will review test cases and automation scripts, drive automation coverage improvements, perform root cause analysis, and mentor team members to enhance overall capability.

We are seeking experienced QA Engineers with 4-5 years of experience in API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting, and Risk Management. Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and MS SQL is mandatory.

Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, with experience in Playwright being a plus. You should have a solid understanding of database validation strategies and be adept at analyzing complex requirements to identify risks and edge cases. Experience with tools like JIRA and a strong understanding of quality assurance best practices are essential.
