Lead large-scale Quality Engineering initiatives within the BFSI domain, focusing on data pipelines and analytics platforms. You will manage geographically distributed QE teams, driving test strategy, planning, and execution. Key responsibilities include process improvement, robust governance, executive communication, and client engagement. Additionally, you'll support proposal development, foster a culture of quality and automation-first among SDETs, QE engineers, and manual testers, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and RCA.

A minimum of 15 years of comprehensive Quality Engineering experience is essential, with significant exposure to automation and manual testing, and proven success in managing large QE programs. Experience in the BFSI, Wealth, or Capital Markets domain is required, with a strong advantage for prior exposure to Enterprise Risk platforms, data governance, or regulatory workflows. Familiarity with AI/ML/GenAI tools in testing is a plus. The role demands exceptional stakeholder management, mentorship capabilities, and the ability to establish best practices and client expectations. Proficiency in core automation competencies like Selenium, Rest Assured, CI/CD, BDD/Cucumber, and framework creation is mandatory.
