Lead large-scale Quality Engineering initiatives within the BFSI domain, managing geographically distributed QE organizations using an onshore-offshore model. You will own test strategy, planning, and execution for data pipelines and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities include managing QE teams, driving process improvements for quality and efficiency, and ensuring strong governance and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with development and data engineering teams for defect resolution, provide accurate testing estimations, and lead teams of SDETs, QE engineers, and manual testers, fostering a culture of quality and automation.

Furthermore, you will support proposals and client pursuits by defining QE strategy, operating models, and value propositions. Drive continuous improvement through test metrics and RCA analysis, and articulate QE capability maturity and roadmap during stakeholder presentations.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering is essential, with significant exposure to automation and manual testing, and experience managing large-scale QE programs. Prior experience working within the BFSI, Wealth, or Capital Markets domain is highly desirable.

Proven ability to lead and scale large, distributed QE teams with a balanced delivery model is required. Experience in mentoring teams, establishing best practices, and managing client expectations is crucial.

Essential competencies include expertise in QA Automation tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, BDD/Cucumber, XPath, TestNG, and JUnit. Knowledge of basic build, deployment, CI/CD, framework creation, and automation of REST/Web/SOAP UI services is mandatory. Experience with Web Analytics Testing and Risk Management is also required. Familiarity with Oracle database design is beneficial.
