Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. You will define automation strategies, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and optimize scripts for performance and reliability. Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and creating robust test data management are also crucial. This role involves owning automation solutions end-to-end, from framework design to CI/CD integration and results analysis. Producing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, supporting defect triage, and driving improvements in CI/CD processes are essential.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business needs and timelines. A key aspect is driving enhancements in reporting and test execution processes to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery.

Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Selenium, Java, API Automation, BDD using Cucumber, and Junit. You should demonstrate ownership in quality initiatives and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex testing challenges. Effective communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders are vital for successful delivery. Mentoring capabilities and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing are highly valued.
