Define and implement enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business and engineering objectives.

Develop and enforce governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to guarantee consistency and maintainability across projects. Lead cross-team automation initiatives, integrating seamlessly with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management pipelines.

Establish key performance indicators for automation coverage, test effectiveness, and defect leakage, driving ongoing improvements. Take ownership of automation ROI and release confidence across various programs.

Champion advanced testing methodologies such as intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality assurance, and self-healing test strategies.
