You will be instrumental in defining and implementing enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching product and engineering objectives. This includes establishing robust governance, standards, and reusable frameworks to guarantee consistency, scalability, and maintainability across diverse teams.

You'll lead complex, multi-team automation initiatives, integrating them seamlessly with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices. Key performance indicators such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time will be under your purview, driving continuous improvement efforts. Accountability extends to automation ROI, defect trends, and overall release confidence across various programs.

Furthermore, you will champion advanced practices like intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality assessment, and self-healing test strategies. Collaboration with architects and product stakeholders will ensure systems are inherently testable and observable. This role also involves overseeing risk management, reporting, and audit readiness for QA processes, alongside building and mentoring high-performing automation teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and a quality-first mindset.

Mandatory skills for this role include a strong understanding of OOPS Concepts, expertise in Automation Framework Creation for Testing, and proficiency in Test Reporting & Risk Management. You should be adept at using Xpath and possess strong programming skills in Java and Python.

Experience with API Automation, specifically using tools and technologies like REST Assured, Cucumber, Playwright, and TestNG, is essential. Familiarity with MS SQL databases is also required.
