Architect and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing using Java and adhering to strong OOPS and design principles. Lead UI and API automation efforts with Playwright, Robot Framework, REST, and SOAP to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Define and optimize automation strategies, including toolchains and framework architecture, for microservices and distributed systems. Integrate automation seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for efficient parallel execution and rapid feedback loops.

Own the end-to-end automation architecture and outcomes, focusing on reliability, coverage effectiveness, and CI/CD feedback quality. Develop sophisticated data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks with centralized reporting. Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce standards for XPath strategies, synchronization, and test stability. Drive database and API validation strategies to maintain data consistency across environments. Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical sessions, and elevate team expertise in automation and best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation is required. Proficiency in Playwright, Robot Framework, Java, REST Assured, API Automation, Cucumber, Junit, and TestNG is essential. Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and design principles is crucial.

Experience in designing and enhancing scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing is expected. Demonstrated ability to lead UI automation and API testing initiatives using Playwright, Robot Framework, REST, and SOAP services. Experience in defining automation strategy, including toolchain and framework architecture, is necessary.

Proven experience in integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Familiarity with database and API validation strategies is required. The ability to mentor engineers and conduct technical sessions to enhance team capabilities is highly valued. Strong ownership in driving quality initiatives, effective collaboration, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential behavioral competencies.
