Lead the design and enhancement of scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing, leveraging Java/C#/Python with a strong emphasis on OOPS and design principles. Drive UI automation and API testing initiatives using Playwright, Robot Framework, REST, and SOAP services to achieve comprehensive functional and integration test coverage. Define the overall automation strategy, including toolchain selection, framework architecture, and test coverage optimization across microservices and distributed systems. Implement advanced Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to foster collaboration, enhance traceability, and improve test suite maintainability. Take ownership of automation architecture and outcomes, ensuring execution reliability, coverage effectiveness, and high-quality CI/CD feedback. Architect robust data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks complemented by centralized reporting and analytics. Conduct rigorous code reviews and uphold standards for XPath strategies, synchronization mechanisms, and overall test stability. Spearhead database and API validation strategies to ensure data consistency across services and environments. Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and elevate the team's expertise in automation, framework development, and best practices.
