We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer with a robust background in UI and API automation. The role demands a good grasp of ETL processes, proficiency in database/SQL for backend validations, and hands-on experience with Kafka testing. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated automation frameworks for UI and API testing. You will conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, encompassing functional, regression, and integration testing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires validating ETL processes for data accuracy and integrity, performing backend validations with advanced SQL queries for data consistency, and executing Kafka testing to verify message queues and data streaming.

Furthermore, you will utilize Generative AI (GenAI) tools to streamline test case generation, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall test coverage, contributing to an optimized testing lifecycle.

We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of dedicated QA automation experience, specializing in UI, API, and backend testing. Proven expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks is essential, with a preference for experience using tools like Playwright. A strong understanding of ETL processes and the ability to validate data transformations are required.

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for backend validations and data analysis, preferably with Oracle or MySQL, is necessary. Hands-on experience with Kafka for testing message queues and data streaming is crucial. Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools for test case generation and automation optimization, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, is also a key requirement.
