As a QA Automation Lead, you will define and champion enterprise-level QA automation strategies across UI, API, and mobile platforms, aligning with overall product and engineering objectives. You will establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability across multiple teams.

Your role will involve leading multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like automation coverage and defect leakage, driving continuous improvement and accountability for automation ROI. Furthermore, you'll champion advanced practices such as intelligent test selection and analytics-driven quality, while collaborating with architects to enhance system testability.

We are looking for a leader to build and mentor high-performing automation teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and a quality-first mindset. Key responsibilities include overseeing risk management, reporting, and audit readiness of QA processes across programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Strategic thinking, informed decision-making that balances quality with business needs, and effective communication of quality status and risks are essential. You will be expected to encourage innovation and continuous learning within the QA team, promoting a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional quality solutions. Experience with Playwright, C#, API Automation, Cucumber, and Junit is mandatory.
