Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with product and engineering objectives. Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to foster consistency and scalability. Drive multi-team automation initiatives, integrating seamlessly with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes.

Define and monitor key performance indicators like automation coverage, defect leakage, and cycle time to promote continuous improvement.
